- ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey

- 4 cups prepared white rice
- Fresh vegetables: red cabbage, carrots, cucumber, avocado
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Mix until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Season chicken cubes with paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook until golden brown (about 6–8 minutes).
- Toss cooked chicken in half of the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
- To assemble bowls, divide rice among serving bowls and top with chicken and fresh vegetables.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over each bowl and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
