  • Fresh vegetables: red cabbage, carrots, cucumber, avocado

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Season chicken cubes with paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook until golden brown (about 6–8 minutes).
  3. Toss cooked chicken in half of the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
  4. To assemble bowls, divide rice among serving bowls and top with chicken and fresh vegetables.
