- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
- Boil water in a medium pot and cook ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season and cook the steak for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and water; cover and steam for about 2 minutes.
- Return steak to skillet along with cooked ramen noodles. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir everything together for another 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
- Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds.
