Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sliced cherry tomatoes with olive oil and minced garlic in a bowl; spread in a casserole dish and roast for about 20 minutes.
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until done. Remove from skillet and thinly slice.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In the same skillet used for the chicken, combine drained pasta with basil pesto and heavy cream over low heat until well mixed.
