- 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Slice the stem ends off the heirloom tomatoes and cut them into 1/2" thick slices. Arrange on a platter, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
