- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella balls
- 8 oz. grape tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss grape tomatoes and mozzarella with chopped basil; season and set aside.
- Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 1-2 minutes each).
- Pour balsamic sauce over the chicken; let simmer briefly.
- Top with tomato and mozzarella mixture; bake uncovered for 18-23 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
